TIO XIMO COVE

This small cove located in the Rincón de Loix (the Loix Corner) is the counterpoint to the spectacular stretch of fine sand of the other beaches from Benidorm: it is more peaceful and relaxing.

The north coastline of Benidorm is very broken and inaccessible from the earth owing to the huge cliffs that demarcate the amazing Sierra Helada massif. But in the last stretch, between Punta de La Escaleta and Punta Pinet, you will find a series of small coves with stones and sand in which the sea offers wonderful rocky bottoms, very suitable to practise diving.

Small virgin cove near the Levante Beach . You can rent deckchairs and beach umbrellas. The cove has got a rocky bottom, very suitable to practise diving. You can also practise snorkelling.

LEVANTE BEACH

The Levante Beach , two kilometres long, stands out because of its fine sand and the quality of its services. From the Plaza del Castillo you can get to this beach through the typical narrow streets of white walls. It stretches out from the centre to Serra Helada and Rincón de Loix.

It has got a wonderful promenade next to the sea to be used by citizens and tourists, when they are not swimming. .

Between Punta Pinet and Punta Canfali, you will find a vast bay of more than two kilometres with an urban beach that without any doubt is one of the liveliest and the most popular beaches of the Mediterranean coast. Thanks to its aspect, it is possible to sunbathe on it until well into the evening in summer and the sunset in winter. It is a beach with fine golden sand and transparent waters, and is decorated with palm trees that make it even more attractive. It is demarcated by a well cared for promenade where you can find a series of restaurants, cafes and pubs. It is a beach adapted for people with reduced mobility.

MAL PAS COVE

Between the Poniente Beach and the old quarter, you will find this small cove called the Mal Pas Cove, to which you can gain access from the harbour or from some stairs directly going down from the Castle.

Between Punta Canfali and the harbour, you will find this small cove of fine golden sand that shows a more relaxing atmosphere and separates the lively Levante and Poniente beaches. Opposite the beach, the Benidorm Island is located. It has got an immersed platform known as La Llosa, an important Marine Reserve with excellent sea bottoms that are a dream for scuba diving lovers.

The Mal Pas beach or Mal Pas cove is small, less crowded and a nice place to stay. Most of the Benidorm visitors do not find their way here.

Between Punta Canfali and the harbour, you will find this small cove of fine golden sand that shows a more relaxing atmosphere and separates the lively Levante and Poniente beaches. Opposite the beach, the Benidorm Island is located. It has got an immersed platform known a La Llosa, an important Marine Reserve with excellent sea bottoms that are a dream for lovers of scuba diving.

It is the beach that separates the two biggest beaches of Benidorm (Poniente and Levante). A peaceful beach with a beautiful view of the harbour.

PONIENTE BEACH

The Poniente Beach , 3 kilometres long, stretches out from the old quarter to the neighbouring cove called the Finestrat Cove. This beach also offers fine sand, a daily cleaning and quality services. It is the beach par excellence of Benidorm, although it is more peaceful than the Levante Beach.

From the harbour to Cabezo del Tosal, we find this beach of more than three kilometres, transparent waters and fine golden sand. A series a palm trees make this beach even more attractive. Both the beach and the promenade demarcating it show a lively atmosphere at any time. It is a beach adapted with all the required services for people with reduced mobility.

Beyond the old town it says Poniente Beach . This is the longest beach of Benidorm , about 3 kilometres long; it is also much more private than the Levante Beach in the east. It is an excellent beach and worth visiting, especially during the summer months. Great attention is given to its cleaning and the visitors could find this beach in optimum conditions through the whole year.
